Chinese Black Tea - Lapsang Souchong Superior

This high grade Lapsang has an intense, charcoal smoke flavour achieved by placing black tea leaves in bamboo baskets, suspended over pine wood fires. The smoke from the fires permeates the tea where it remains until released by infusion. Lapsang Souchong is traditionally enjoyed by lovers of single malt whisky and fine cigars.

Chinese Black Tea - Pu-erh Organic

Organically produced in Yunnan Province and very rare in the UK, Pu-erh is unique in both flavour and production method (still a closely guarded secret). A long steep is recommended to bring out the wonderful flavour and well-proven health benefits. Research in China and Japan has shown that drinking Pu-erh can help reduce cholesterol, cleanse the blood, aid digestion of fatty foods and assist in the elimination of excess alcohol from the bloodstream. An invaluable aid for those wishing to reduce body weight.
