| Aurora UK - Indian Black Tea |
| Indian Black Tea - Assam Large Leaf Assam is undoubtedly the richest of all
black teas and is the only variety we recommend to take with milk. Assam
is an excellent breakfast tea and our example is no exception.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup
and steep for 4 minutes in boiling water. |
| Indian Black Tea - Darjeeling Second Flush The tea plantations of Darjeeling are
located at over 2000 metres in the majestic Himalayas. Although Darjeeling
can be very expensive, our 'second flush' house blend, selected from special gardens, is excellent value for money and is
beautiful with or without milk. Care must be taken not to over steep as
the tea may become bitter.
Use 1 level teaspoon per cup
and steep for 3 minutes in strongly boiled water. |

A classic, elegant tea grown organically in the mountains of southern India. The infusion is a beautiful red colour and it can be enjoyed with a little milk if preferred. An ideal afternoon tea for the discerning drinker.
