Taiwan Oolong Tea - Formosa Oolong Often referred to as the 'Champagne of
Teas, Formosa Oolong is a classic. Its large leaves unfurl to release the
most delightful, rich flavour reminiscent of peaches. Due to the high quality
of our example, the same leaves can be used two or even three times with
no lessening of flavour.
Use 2 heaped teaspoons per
cup and steep for 3 minutes in boiling water. or brew Gong Fu style (click for information).
