Placing orders
Ordering from Aurora is easy and the choice is yours
how you place it. Orders are accepted on-line on our secure server, by
phone, fax or mail. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, personal
cheque (UK customers only. Shipping will be delayed for 7 days while the
cheque clears the banking system), bankers draft or postal order / international
money order.
Ordering On-Line
While browsing the site, when you come across an item
you want to buy just click the 'add to basket' icon. You can see the contents
of your shopping basket at any time by clicking 'shopping basket' on the
navigation menu. When you have finished shopping and are satisfied with
your selections, click 'go to the checkout'.
At the checkout you will be asked to enter your personal
details or, if you are an exisiting customer, your user name and password.
Then you must choose a shipping method. As you will see all UK orders
have a flat shipping charge of only £2.95 regardless
of the size of the order. For international orders a quotation for shipping
will be forwarded to you by email. Please note that no goods will be shipped
until we receive your acceptance of the shipping charge (except for orders
containing only Yixing teapots which are shipped for £5.00
per pot anywhere in the world). Now click 'proceed to secure payment
page' where you will be asked for your card details.
Important. You can change your order at any time
by clicking 'shopping basket ' and making the alterations. To cancel the
order click 'return to homepage and do not place order'.
